UK Shaanxi Economy & Culture Association (also known as UKSECA), was established in the United Kingdom in 2017. It is headquartered in London, with its Chinese branch located in Xi'an, Shaanxi.
UKSECA is a non-profit professional organization whose purpose is to promote collaborations of economics, education, culture, trade and technology between the United Kingdom and China (especially Shaanxi). It was established and is supported by the Chinese Embassy in the UK, the Shaanxi Provincial Government, those who share their experiences in the UK, and other relevant functional agencies.
